Justin Cartledge

LAMDA trained Justin Cartledge is a versatile and accomplished award winning actor, comfortable in all styles of performance.

A talented musician, singer and playwright too, having written and had performed original versions of ‘Frankenstein’ and ‘Alice in Wonderland’, his original dramatic plays ‘False Flag’, ‘Porcelain’ (winner of best play 2017), ‘Paperclip’ and ‘Caillte Lighthouse’, as well as penning the original new Musicals ‘Freakshow’, ‘Raft’ and ‘Blue Morpho’.

His filming work has varied from adverts for BT Sports and Fix Radio to the feature length ‘One Way’.

Some of Justin’s award winning stage work has seen him excel in lead roles such as ‘Macbeth’ at The Space in London, Renton in ‘Trainspotting’, the title role in ‘Alfie’, Jerry in ‘The Full Monty’ and RP McMurphy in ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest’.

Other performances have included roles and/or multi-roles in ‘A Clockwork Orange’, ‘The Ladykillers’, ‘The 39 Steps’ and ‘Dracula’ to name but a few.
