Mark Lyminster

Mark Lyminster trained at Mountview and for the past 22 years has been the theatre manager at the Hen and Chickens theatre in Islington being a part of the Unrestricted view team.

Mark has been involved in the self produced shows and films at the venue and has worked with many actors and comics over the years.

Mark won an award for best supporting actor for his role as Jerry in The Man You’re Not, one of the feature films produced, at the Southampton International Film Festival.

Other film roles for Mark include appearing in the feature film Tomorrow with Executive Producer Martin Scorsese and filmed on location in Spain

His latest film, Kingslayer, which stars John Rhys-Davies, should be launch later this year.

Mark is also to be seen in TV adverts on Sky and other channels and was featured in a Sainsbury’s advert for good food and shopping.

Along with producing and directing theatre productions Mark is also a festival director for the LGBT film festival-Rainbow Umbrella now in it’s 6th year, an avid Liverpool supporter and loves cats and good food.
