Ian Cooper

Ian Cooper is an author and screenwriter. He is the author of five books, including Frightmares: A History of British Horror (Auteur 2016) and The Manson Family on Film and Television (MacFarland 2018) and has written on topics including Klaus Kinski, Bob Clark, American vampires of the 70s and the spooky scarecrow in The Singing Detective. He has a number of screenwriting projects in various stages of development including the feature screenplay Thorns with Drop Dead Films and the TV drama, The Hammersmith Nudes with Born Wild Productions. He is an instructor at the Miskatonic Institute of Horror in London and lives in Germany.
